What these terms cover
These terms cover products bought online on this site: the Quick Evaluation and the UK-TaxBench Starter Pack. Subscriptions, certification, training licences, data licensing and insolvency work are covered by a separate written agreement.
The products
- Quick Evaluation. Online access to 10 private UK tax tasks and our marker, with up to 60 markings per purchase, through the link you receive after paying. It is for evaluating your own AI. Please don't publish or share the tasks.
- UK-TaxBench Starter Pack. A download of 200 tasks, the answer key and a marking script, under the non-exclusive licence included in the download. You may use it to train and evaluate your own models. You may not resell, publish or redistribute it.
All tasks are synthetic training data about fictional people. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the site and at checkout. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout.
Your right to cancel (consumers)
If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Both products are delivered straight after payment. At checkout you ask us to start delivery immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery begins. If you buy as a business, this right does not apply.
If something is wrong
If the content is faulty or not as described, tell us. We'll fix it, replace it or refund you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies. If a download or evaluation link doesn't work, email us with your payment receipt and we'll sort it out.
Our liability
For business buyers, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price paid, and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
