Draft. To be reviewed by a solicitor before launch.

Who we are

UK Tax Gym is a trading name of Sevilla Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17248483, registered office: address to be added. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at [email protected]. ICO registration number: to be added.

What we collect and why

  • Enquiries. When you use a form on this site we collect your email, organisation, message, the product you asked about and, if you used it, your data-estimate answers. We use them to reply and to take the steps you asked for before any contract. Lawful basis: steps prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email, the amount, the currency and a payment reference. We never see your card details. We use them to deliver what you bought and to keep accounting records. Lawful basis: contract and legal obligation.
  • Quick Evaluation. We count how many answers you have marked. We do not store the answers you paste.
  • Spam protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to stop bots.
  • Your browser. The practice app saves your progress in your own browser, and the site remembers whether you've seen the enquiry pop-up. This stays on your device and we can't see it. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
  • Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when it fetches them.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare (hosting, storage and spam protection), Resend (sends enquiry alerts to us), Stripe (payments) and Google (fonts). Some of them process data outside the UK, including in the US, under UK data protection safeguards such as the UK-US data bridge or the ICO's international data transfer agreement. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Purchase records: 6 years, as required for tax.

Company records we help license

Data handled for licensing clients is covered by a separate written agreement with that client. If you are a member of staff, a former member of staff or a customer of a company we work with, you can object to your data being included in any licence by emailing us. We honour it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
